A lot of land TOGETHER with building thereon situate at WOODLANDS/SPRINGS, ST. GEORGE, measuring approximately 45,844 Sq. Ft English Statute Measure as described in a plan marked “W” annexed to a Deed of Conveyance dated the 15th day of February 2005 between Margaret Campbell-Beckles of the One Part to Nicol T. Williams of the Other Part and recorded in the Deeds and Land Registry of Grenda in Liber 11-2005 at page 302.
Location of the Property: It is on the right side of the Springs/Woodlands main road from the Café junction as one travel towards the St. David direction. The subject Property is bounded by a water course to its southern, and western borders, a Public Road to its eastern and northern borders.
